Job summary

NEOMED, Center for AI and Digital Experience (AIDE) seeks a Senior Manager of AI Enablement to lead Clinical Innovation and Development, translating AI solutions into practical clinical applications. You will triage opportunities, oversee human-centered design, ensure governance alignment, and supervise multiple teams to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience in clinical implementation, health technology deployment, or a related function within a healthcare, academic medical, or research setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing, intake, and triage frameworks for evaluating AI solutions and prioritizing technology candidates for the AIDE Product and Technology Core.
• Support the design and execution of research activities associated with AI development and validation, including study design, IRB documentation requirements, and outcomes measurement.
• Lead processes associated with translating AI products and solutions into clinical and operational environments, coordinating deployment strategies and stakeholder training.
• Apply human-centered design to identify end-user needs and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
• Coordinate governance alignment and liaise with institutional AI governance bodies to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and scalable enablement.
