Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Senior AI Admin to lead cross-functional AI enablement initiatives within the Enterprise AI Team. You will coordinate planning, execution, and delivery across AI/ML workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

The role requires strong program management, SDLC and agile expertise, plus ability to collaborate with engineering, data science, product and analytics teams to drive successful AI tool rollouts and enablement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in AI/ML, data platforms, or helping scale AI Tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and data-driven product development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and analytics.
• 5+ years of experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and road mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of projects across AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders to track dependencies, manage risks, and resolve blockers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, ensuring clear and timely communication with leadership and business partners.
• Manage rollout of AI Tools and Platforms and help training and enablement for all approved AI Tools.
• Maintain dashboards, status reports, and documentation to ensure visibility into project health and milestones.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues when necessary, and drive resolution across teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups as needed; ensure teams are following agile best practices.
