• Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheets, MS Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication with senior business and engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple AI tool programs end-to-end.
• Define use cases and success criteria with Enterprise Architecture partners.
• Coordinate scope, budget, timeline, risk and mitigation for AI agent projects.
• Monitor progress and report status to senior leadership.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for engineers.
