Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to elevate customer, store, franchisee, and enterprise experiences with AI-powered products and workflows. You will lead strategy, roadmap development, and execution across automation, personalization, and agentic AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong PM fundamentals and solid technical understanding of APIs, cloud-native architectures, and AI technologies. Onsite in Irving, TX, with a focus on scalable, enterprise-grade AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4-year equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and enterprise AI platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities and define value across AI, automation and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and platform teams to deliver AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and user stories.
• Advocate for end users and establish governance for AI initiatives.
