CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Technology Manager to lead the Finance Technology AI Enablement engineering team, delivering AI-enabled solutions across the enterprise. You will set strategic technical direction, mentor engineers, and partner with business and IT to translate requirements into roadmaps and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing engineering teams and delivering AI-focused projects.
• 5+ years hands-on software development in cloud/distributed envs.
• Experience building AI/ML solutions with GPT/Gemini/Claude LLMs and vector tech.
• Proficiency in Python and API design.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with vector databases and major cloud AI platforms.
• Strong SQL, data analytics, and automation skills.
• Proven DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• Excellent communication with business leaders; able to translate requirements.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI/ML engineering team.
• Set strategic direction and advocate best practices for AI enablement.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple AI initiatives.
• Drive design and development of AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Promote low-code/no-code platforms and traditional development to accelerate delivery.
• Enforce DevOps, CI/CD and data governance for compliant delivery.
• Partner with business and IT to align AI adoption with governance standards.
• Report program progress, risks, and value to senior leadership.
