Job summary

The Trade Desk is a global technology company seeking a Sr AI Enablement Engineer to build end-to-end AI tools for enterprise teams. You’ll design agentic systems, integrate LLMs with data and workflows, and deploy agents using Copilot, Claude, and related platforms.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in software engineering and 1–2+ years in AI-powered systems, with a collaborative mindset to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience, with 1–2+ years in AI-powered systems.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
• Interest in AI enablement and deploying AI agents across Copilot, Claude and similar tools.
• Experience with data ingestion, APIs, ETL pipelines, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems that integrate LLMs with enterprise data, tools, and workflows.
• Contribute to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and use enterprise connectors.
• Build and deploy agents using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude and similar platforms.
• Develop conversational agents to solve real-world problems and deliver business value.
• Deliver high-impact features through cross-team collaboration and data-driven evaluation.
• Drive quality with automated testing, monitoring, and adoption metrics.
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
