Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Sr AI Enablement Engineer to own end-to-end AI enablement initiatives. You will design agentic systems that integrate LLMs with enterprise data and tools, and build RAG applications to deliver contextual insights.

You’ll collaborate across teams to deploy agents using Copilot, Claude, and related platforms, transforming workflows and driving measurable business value while mentoring teammates and promoting technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience with 1–2+ years in AI-powered systems.
• Proficient in Python and comfortable with languages such as C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
• Interest in AI enablement and helping teams adopt Copilot, Claude and related tools.
• Experience with data ingestion/ETL pipelines, connectors, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems that integrate LLMs with enterprise data, tools, and workflows.
• Contribute to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using Azure AI Search, vector DBs, and enterprise connectors.
• Build and deploy agents using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, and similar platforms.
• Develop conversational agents to meet stakeholder needs and deliver business value.
• Deliver high-impact features through cross-team collaboration and alignment with business goals.
• Drive quality via automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation of success metrics.
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of innovation and learning.
