Job summary

The Trade Desk in the United States is seeking a Sr AI Enablement Engineer to own end-to-end AI tooling for internal teams. You’ll design agentic systems, integrate LLMs with enterprise data, and collaborate across product, platform, and security partners to deliver measurable business value.

You’ll mentor teammates, promote best practices, and help teams adopt tools like Copilot and Claude while aligning solutions with governance and guardrails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience, including 1-2+ years on AI-powered systems.
• Proficient in Python; familiarity with C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React is a plus.
• Experience with data ingestion and ETL pipelines, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems integrating LLMs with enterprise data.
• Contribute to RAG applications using Azure AI Search and vector stores.
• Build and deploy agents with Copilot, Claude and related platforms.
• Develop conversational agents that solve real-world problems and deliver value.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact features and measure success.
• Drive quality via automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation.
• Mentor teammates and foster innovation and learning.
