Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Sr AI Enablement Engineer to own end-to-end AI enablement initiatives, designing agentic systems that integrate LLMs with enterprise datasets, tools, and workflows. You will work with Copilot, Claude and related platforms to operationalize AI solutions across the company.

You will mentor teammates, drive measurable business value, and partner with stakeholders to implement scalable AI capabilities while upholding enterprise guardrails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years software engineering experience, including 1-2+ years on AI-powered systems or products.
• Strong Python knowledge; comfortable with C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
• Interest in AI enablement and helping teams adopt platforms like Copilot and Claude.
• Experience with data ingestion/transformation via APIs, ETL, and connectors; familiarity with vector databases and retrieval strategies.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences; collaborative mindset.
• Fast learner who embraces new technologies and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems that integrate LLMs with enterprise data, tools, and workflows.
• Contribute to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using enterprise connectors and vector databases.
• Build and deploy agents using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude and similar platforms.
• Develop conversational agents that solve real-world problems and drive business value.
• Deliver high-impact features by cross-team collaboration and alignment with business goals.
• Drive quality through automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation of success metrics.
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of innovation and learning.
