Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Sr AI Enablement Engineer to own end-to-end AI enablement initiatives—building agentic systems, integrating LLMs with enterprise data, and guiding teams through Copilot, Claude, and related platforms.

You will collaborate across stakeholders, deliver tools that drive measurable business value, and help teams adopt enterprise AI responsibly. This role emphasizes learning, innovation, and technical excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS or related field.
• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 1–2+ years working on AI-powered systems or products.
• Proficient in Python; comfortable with C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
• Experience with data ingestion, ETL pipelines, APIs, and connectors; familiar with vector databases.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences; collaborative.
• Fast learner who solves complex problems with creativity.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems that integrate LLMs with enterprise data, tools, and workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
• Contribute to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and secure enterprise connectors.
• Build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, and similar platforms for enterprise guardrails.
• Build and iterate on conversational agents that solve real-world problems and deliver measurable business value.
• Deliver high-impact features by collaborating across teams, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
• Drive quality and performance through automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation of success criteria.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of innovation and learning.
