Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Sr AI Enablement Engineer to own end-to-end AI solutions that empower business teams. You will design agentic systems that connect LLMs with enterprise data and tools, leveraging LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel to deliver practical, scalable workflows.

You’ll guide teams in adopting Copilot, Claude and related platforms, building agents, and driving measurable business value while mentoring peers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience, including 1–2+ years on AI-powered systems or products.
• Proficiency in Python; comfortable with C#, SQL, or TypeScript/React.
• Experience with data ingestion, APIs, ETL pipelines, and vector databases.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fast learner who can solve complex problems with creativity and pragmatism.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems that integrate LLMs with enterprise data, tools, and workflows.
• Contribute to RAG applications using Azure AI Search and vector databases.
• Build and deploy agents using Copilot, Claude, and related platforms.
• Develop conversational agents that deliver measurable business value.
• Deliver features by collaborating across teams and aligning with business goals.
• Drive quality with automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation.
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of innovation and learning.
