Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior AI Acceleration Lead to scale enablement and adoption of AI tools across field teams and partners globally. You will own adoption strategy, communications, and change management for CS intelligence tooling, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Field teams.

The role requires cross-functional influence, executive communication, and the ability to drive phased regional tool rollouts while building feedback loops to inform the tooling roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience developing training programs across multiple sites or regions.
• Ability to present complex technical information to executives and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement and adoption strategy for CS Intelligence AI tools.
• Design and deliver content with eLearning, certifications, and live sessions.
• Own change management and field readiness across global field organizations.
• Plan phased regional rollouts for new tools and programs.
• Track adoption metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Build repeatable enablement mechanisms and onboarding frameworks.
