Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Associate to build AI‑native prototypes within the Transformation Office. You will translate business challenges into working solutions and move engagements from recommendation to working products in days, not months.

You will shape prototypes end‑to‑end, frame problems, and align stakeholders while teaching teams how to migrate toward AI‑first approaches using firm‑approved platforms and controls.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on ability to build software or working prototypes.
• Practical experience using generative AI and related tooling to deliver real outputs.
• Strong technical understanding of software delivery, architecture, data, and integration.
• Business fluency to translate problems into implementable solutions for stakeholders.
• Clear communication and storytelling for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prototype hands‑on with engagement teams—rapid discovery and iterative build.
• Frame problems, map constraints, and build executable prototypes to prove paths forward.
• Teach teams to adopt AI‑first solutions grounded in guardrails and controls.
• Capture knowledge and decision logic into durable assets beyond the engagement.
• Connect client needs to product teams and platforms for adoption of approved tooling.
