Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Systems, IT, CS or related field.
• Hands-on experience developing HTML emails (tables, inline CSS, cross-client compatibility).
• Experience QAing email rendering across clients/devices.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with using AI models in development to improve speed/quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive HTML email templates/modules for consistent rendering across clients/devices.
• Create AI-ready modular email templates with metadata for automated assembly.
• Define and enforce template metadata standards to support AI-assisted assembly.
• Build reusable templates and documented rules for safer reuse and faster iteration.
• Serve as primary contact for email HTML questions and guidance.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and delivery to translate concepts into technical email solutions.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues and implement robust fallbacks, including accessibility considerations.
• Leverage AI models to accelerate development, debugging, and variation generation with validation.
• Create technical documentation, best practices, and reusable patterns.
