Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop rigorous bottom-up program plans with milestones and owners.
• Drive delivery, risks, decisions, and dependencies to completion.
• Coordinate with strategy, change management, technology, and marketing teams.
• Governance, reporting, and PMO cadence establishment.
• Translate program information into concise senior-level updates.
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations for leadership.
• Partner with the Program Director while owning day-to-day leadership.
• Support AI/GenAI transformation initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
