Job summary

Infosys Consulting is leading a multi-year data transformation program to modernize the data estate onto a governed, cloud-based, AI-ready platform. The Program Lead will oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk and governance across all workstreams.

This is a leadership role focused on program management, not hands-on engineering. You will ensure governance forums function, surface risks, and align stakeholders while driving change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 9+ years of program/project management experience, incl. 6+ years in large-scale data transformation programs.
• Experience owning end-to-end governance: steering committees, RAID/issue management, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting.
• Strong change management and user adoption planning for large technology transformation programs.
• Experience with formal change control processes, including CAB governance.
• Experience coordinating cross-program dependencies in multi-vendor environments.
• Familiarity with data platform modernization and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with vendor/managed-services delivery models (onshore-offshore, GCC/BOT).
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days/week.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance and execution across all workstreams.
• Establish and operate program management disciplines and reporting.
• Manage RAID framework and dependency/issue tracking.
• Oversee program controls, financials, and SOW deliverables.
• Oversee formal change control, scope and cost impacts.
• Coordinate release, cutover, and transformation readiness activities.
• Serve as primary interface for executive and governance groups.
• Lead organizational change management and adoption efforts.
• Build cross-functional relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Measure outcomes and transition to steady-state operations.
