Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 8–12+ years in leadership development, sales coaching, or related roles.
• Experience partnering with frontline and second-line sales leaders in a field-based commercial org.
• Proven ability to design coaching frameworks that drive measurable behavior change and business impact.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with experience leading workshops and coaching engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain commercial leadership coaching frameworks aligned to company values and sales objectives.
• Develop leadership capability programs focused on performance coaching, field execution, and territory leadership.
• Partner with Sales Training to embed leadership capability into onboarding and ongoing development.
• Support field analytics in translating data into effective coaching conversations and performance insights.
• Define metrics to assess leadership coaching effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
