Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Corporate Sector's Operating Model Enablement team to drive delivery of complex technology programs aligned with business goals. You will lead cross-functional, high-performing teams and apply AI-enabled insights to planning and governance.

You will champion agile practices, manage budgets and resources, and organize work management via Monday.com to ensure efficient execution and risk management across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to influence decisions across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Demonstrated analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives into tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs per data sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Apply advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance and identify improvements.
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review and delivery standard alignment.
• Organize the company’s work management via Monday.com, including backend builds, workflows, intake, triage, data analytics, and data hygiene.
