Job summary

You will mentor and develop the Corporate Recruiters I and II, manage expectations with offers and compensation guidelines, and help Cascade scale with a focus on diversity and equity. The role emphasizes trustworthy candidate relationships and transparent hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years’ experience executing relationship-based recruiting.
• Mentoring and supporting the development of more junior Recruiters.
• Experience recruiting for technical engineering, consulting, energy, or other specialized professional roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles, and negotiate offers balancing candidate expectations with internal guidelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Coach interview teams on structured, compliant hiring practices, and administer assessment tools.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Mentor Corporate Recruiters I and II and support onboarding.
• Champion the responsible use of AI and emerging tools to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Own recruiting metrics and audit-ready records; manage vendors and ATS.
