Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years’ experience executing relationship-based recruiting.
• Mentoring and supporting the development of more junior Recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles, including negotiating offers balancing candidate expectations with internal compensation guidelines to secure top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop hiring strategies, lead internal executive recruitment, and support workforce planning that aligns talent needs with business goals.
• Coach interview teams on structured, compliant hiring practices, and administer candidate assessment tools (e.g., Predictive Index), ensuring consistent application across the team.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive, equity-minded sourcing strategies, and contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Cascade's reputation.
