• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in technical, research, or AI/ML domains.
• Experience closing candidates from top AI labs, research orgs, or tech companies.
• Ability to advise senior leaders on role design and close strategy with market data.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end searches from intake to close for researchers, AI architects, and leadership roles.
• Calibrate offers, stage roles, and trajectory discussions with hiring managers and candidates.
• Coach panels on structured evaluation and calibration and use of AI in workflow.
