Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (math, statistics, operations, information systems, engineering, or business with a technical focus).
• 3 to 5 years of full-time experience in supply chain, planning, or operations analytics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, and working skill in Python for analysis and automation.
• Experience applying statistical, machine learning, or optimization methods to business problems, and familiarity with generative AI tools in a business setting.
• Ability to work with large, complex data sets and to build reports or dashboards in a BI tool.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical results to non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain models for demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and lead-time analysis; use forecasting and ML methods to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
• Analyze supply, demand, cost, and inventory data across sites to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support S&OP and planning cycles with data-driven insight and what-if scenarios.
• Analyze manufacturing and fab performance (cycle time, yield, WIP) and provide capacity/status updates to stakeholders.
• Extend AI-enabled planning and operations workflows onto Snowflake AI and integrate Oracle ERP, planning, and MES data.
