ComPsych Corporation is modernizing its technology stack with AI-led development across customer-facing web and mobile experiences. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will shape engineering strategy, decompose tasks, and guide AI-generated code with hands-on judgment.

You will own design, testing, security, and reliability while working with cross-functional teams to raise the bar for AI-enabled software delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and operating large-scale services end-to-end.
• Strong background in REST, versioning, OAuth2/OIDC, and SQL under load.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, serverless, IaC, and CI/CD.
• Ability to define unit/integration/contract tests and release verification.
• Track record delivering reliable, secure production systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design system contributions, data models, and APIs.
• Direct implementation with AI agents and code review when needed.
• Own testing strategy and validate coverage and correctness.
• Incorporate security, observability, and reliability from the start.
• Maintain production judgment and escalation discipline for incidents.
• Coach engineers to use AI effectively and validate output.
