Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Lead Software Engineer to drive secure, scalable technology in the Corporate Sector CTO. You will contribute as a core technical member, leading AI-assisted engineering practices and building trusted market-leading products.

You will work within an agile team across multiple domains, focusing on quality, security, and resilient delivery, while guiding best practices and architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EKS, ECS, Lambda, and database technologies.
• Experience leading the use of AI-assisted development tools with validated outputs.
• Strong grasp of responsible AI practices and secure engineering workflows.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience and programming in Python/Go/Java/Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in automation, CI/CD, and SDLC lifecycle.
