Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer within the Chief Technology Organization to propel secure, scalable technology products. You will be a core technical contributor, driving end-to-end design, development, and operation across multiple business functions in a fast-paced agile environment.

You will lead adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices, contribute to architecture discussions, and ensure application resilience while maintaining high standards for code quality

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years applied experience in software engineering or related roles.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operations.
• Advanced in Java and related ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peers' work.
• Lead AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and delivery speed.
