Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training or certification with at least 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience with AWS services and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven ability to lead adoption of AI-assisted development tools with emphasis on code quality and security.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and security in SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and debugging of complex systems.
• Develops secure production code and reviews code written by others.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and delivery speed while enforcing validation standards.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation and value.
• Leads architectural evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams.
• Fosters communities of practice and inclusive team culture.
