JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer within Corporate Technology - Architecture Data Solutions to push the envelope in building trusted, market-leading technology products. You will lead critical engineering efforts, guide teams, and ensure secure, scalable outcomes across multiple domains.

You will drive AI-assisted engineering practices, mentor peers, and shape application design, operations, and performance while upholding secure coding and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applied experience.
• Strong OOP/design patterns understanding and clean code practices.
• Strong coding skills in Java and Spring with solid fundamentals.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs.
• Knowledge of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling, resiliency and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to the business and teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Promote enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and operations.
• Leverage SDLC tools and AI-enabled development to add value and automate processes.
