Qualifications

5+ years of experience in security risk management with frameworks like NIST RMF, ISO 31000.
Experience translating risk into business impact and measurable metrics.
Bias toward automation: built scripts or AI-enabled tooling to reduce manual GRC work.
Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own risk identification, analysis, and prioritization across third‑party risk, security risk assessments, and findings.
Translate vulnerabilities and gaps into quantified risk statements for leadership action.
Drive remediation to closure in collaboration with Engineering, IT, Product, and Legal.
Maintain a risk register and quarterly reporting cadence for leadership visibility.
Own AI risk management, including AI impact assessments and risk treatments.
Design and implement risk indicators and metrics for top risks in the risk register.
Identify repetitive steps and build automation to streamline risk and TPRM workflows.
