Job summary

Kaleidoscope Innovation is seeking a Principal AI Driven SDLC Coach to lead end-to-end coaching for AI-driven SDLC processes in Santa Clara, CA or Minneapolis, MN. You will design robust guardrails, standardize secure AI-augmented workflows, and drive governance across the complete development lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers on prompt design, threat modeling, code reviews, testing, and automated documentation, while reducing AI hallucinations and security risks.

Qualifications

• Requires software engineering experience with complete hands-on SDLC delivery.
• Proven expertise across requirements gathering, security design, implementation planning, code review, testing, and CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
• Deep practical AI coding and LLM workflow expertise.

Responsibilities

• Full AI-Driven SDLC coaching and hands-on enablement across all SDLC phases.
• Design and enforce guardrails, security checks and model output constraints.
• Coach teams on AI code generation, testing, and documentation generation.
