Job summary

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is hiring an Agile Coach to lead AI-driven SDLC coaching and governance across the development lifecycle. You will design guardrails, enable engineers, and standardize AI-infused workflows while minimizing hallucinations, debt, and security risks.

You will collaborate with security, legal, and DevSecOps teams to embed compliance into AI-enabled pipelines and drive production-grade, scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Software engineering experience with end-to-end SDLC delivery.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, security design, and CI/CD for production systems.
• Deep practical AI coding and LLM workflow expertise.
• Hands-on experience using code-generating LLMs across SDLC; advanced prompt engineering.
• Experience building custom wrapper tooling to govern AI outputs in pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Spec & requirements collection: Coach structured prompt design and user story refinement.
• Security analysis & threat modeling for design phase.
• Implementation planning & milestone scheduling for AI-driven solutions.
• AI code generation with constrained output and quality checks.
• Code review governance with human-in-the-loop compliance checks.
• CI/CD integration of AI tools and automated validation gates.
