Job summary

Kaleidoscope seeks an AI Engineering Lead to drive end-to-end design and deployment of AI systems across chatbots, RAG platforms, autonomous agents, and workflow automations. You will lead multi-domain initiatives, architect scalable solutions with OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, and GitHub ecosystems, and oversee robust CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

Ten+ years of specialty software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
Experience with TypeScript and modern React frameworks.
Hands-on experience deploying apps using OCP/OpenShift, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience building AI-enabled solutions with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, and GitHub ecosystem.

Responsibilities
