Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to guide enterprise clients in redesigning software delivery to be AI-native. You will surface waste using flow metrics, design future-state AI-enabled workflows, and build agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases.

Bring fluency in AI tooling and experience translating benchmarks into actionable roadmaps. Role involves cross-functional coordination with product, engineering, QA, security, and platform teams, plus travel as required by client

Qualifications

• 5+ years across the full SDLC, from requirements to release.
• 1
• 3+ years designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems.
• 3+ years in a consulting or advisory capacity with enterprise-scale engineering organizations.
• 3+ years applying flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput) in practice.
• 2+ years working directly with AI/ML systems in professional contexts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in SDLC practices
• Design AI-native to-be processes that restructure and accelerate software governance
• Change management for engineering teams transitioning to AI-augmented workflows
• Strategy and design of agentic systems targeting upstream SDLC phases: requirements generation, user story synthesis, design review, and architecture validation
• Know how and where to use creator and reviewer agent patterns and token impact
• Model SDLC as a system with feedback loops, bottlenecks, and second-order effects of process changes
• Cross-functional perspective spanning product, engineering, QA, security, and platform
• Maintain fluency in the evolving AI tooling ecosystem (coding assistants, agentic platforms, evaluation frameworks)
• Ongoing research tracking capability shifts, new model releases, and practitioner patterns
• Translate benchmarks into actionable roadmaps for enterprise clients
• Influence clients to modernize processes that maximize agentic benefits
