Own cross-group programs (identity, config, API gateway standards) with reliability and performance impact.
Define architecture decisions, reviews, and coaching for engineers across teams.
Develop and guide new software features, ensuring accessibility and proper documentation.
Optimize testing, monitoring, and observability to support debugging and reliability.
