Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Quality Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced testing strategies across multiple industry domains, with a focus on AI/ML-driven testing and Gen AI-based approaches. You will engage directly with clients, shape testing standards, and drive innovation in quality engineering.

You will oversee test automation frameworks, data quality, and observability solutions while collaborating with sales teams on presales activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software testing and test automation with enterprise leadership.
• Hands-on with UI/API testing, AI/ML testing, and Gen AI agents.
• Experience in presales, client engagements, and global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design and implementation of test automation architectures, including AI/ML-driven solutions, across domains.
• Define and implement testing standards and best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
• Leverage Gen AI agents to optimize application testing and develop automation validation frameworks.
• Develop advanced test automation frameworks and data quality observability solutions.
• Oversee integration of Gen AI-based testing approaches in multi-domain environments.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during presales activities.
• Foster collaboration within teams and adoption of advanced testing practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with delivery objectives.
