Job summary

Huge is seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to lead quality decisions across product, design, and engineering for high-impact digital initiatives. You will drive AI-driven QA workflows, governance, and test automation while mentoring the QA team to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will own testing across front-end, CMS, APIs, performance, and accessibility, aligning with design specs (Figma) and SEO standards. The role emphasizes collaboration and innovation in a remote Colombia context.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Quality Engineer delivering complex digital initiatives.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience developing AI solutions within QA flows, MCPs, autonomous testing agents, prompt engineering.
• Experience creating and maintaining E2E and visual automated test suites using JavaScript/TypeScript with Playwright or Cypress.
• Strong understanding of enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore, Brightspot, AEM, or similar).
• API testing, front-end validation, localization, SEO auditing, and web performance testing (Lighthouse/DevTools).
• Design Systems & UI testing, mapping coded components to Figma specs.
• Accessibility auditing (WCAG/ADA)
• Shift-left testing, QA metrics, Git workflows, Agile/Lean delivery
• Leadership & delegation, mentoring across levels
• ISTQB certification active

Responsibilities

• Own project quality decisions, scope, and artifacts; define quality gates and best practices.
• Architect and integrate AI capabilities into QA workflows, MCPs, and autonomous testing agents.
• Partner with Strategy, Product, Design, and Engineering to translate designs into testable realities.
• Validate front-end, cross-browser, and responsive layouts against Figma specs.
• Drive testing strategies for CMS platforms (Sitecore, Brightspot, AEM).
• Execute API testing, data flow analysis, and web performance/SEO audits.
• Enforce accessibility and localization quality across multi-market setups.
• Maintain and build E2E and visual automated tests (Playwright/Cypress); manage release workflows in Git.
• Mentor junior to senior QA engineers to foster continuous improvement.
