Job summary

Data Society Group is seeking a senior QA Lead to own the end-to-end test strategy for enterprise web platforms. You will coordinate SIT/UAT, manage an offshore QA team, and drive go/no-go decisions across all functional areas.

This is a remote-friendly, full-time W2 role tied to a 9-month client contract with potential extension. You will partner with DevOps and Data Eng leads to ensure test readiness, document results, and support audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive QA experience with at least 3 years in a QA Lead or Test Management role.
• Experience owning end-to-end test strategy for enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience coordinating UAT with non-technical business stakeholders and presenting go/no-go recommendations to executive leadership.
• Proficient with Jira or equivalent enterprise defect/test management tooling.
• Experience validating data outputs against source system records.
• Experience managing offshore QA teams and coordinating asynchronous test execution.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
• Familiarity with AI-generated test suites and agentic QA approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy across SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business users and secure formal sign-off.
• Lead the offshore QA Engineer team and manage defect triage and resolution timelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps/Platform and Data Engineering leads to ensure test environment readiness.
• Own test evidence, data freshness reconciliation, and SLA validation.
• Manage go/no-go readiness and maintain audit-ready test documentation and traceability.
