Millennium Systems International in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead AI-augmented QA across the software delivery lifecycle. You will partner with engineering, product, and data teams to embed AI-assisted practices, from test design to predictive risk analysis and self-healing tests.

This remote position emphasizes innovative QA with AI tooling, cloud CI/CD integration, and collaboration in an Agile environment to accelerate quality and delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven professional experience in software Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or equivalent.
• Experience building and maintaining test automation at scale using modern frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
• Proficiency with SQL for test data setup and validation.
• Experience with API testing and CI/CD integration.

Mansioni

• Define and execute AI-augmented test strategies across functional, integration, and automation testing layers.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate QA workflows including test case design, automation script generation, and defect analysis.
• Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks with AI-assisted capabilities.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging AI-powered QA tools with measurable quality gains.
• Mentor and coach QA team members on foundational QE practices and AI tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed quality early in the lifecycle.

• Share best practices for responsible AI use in quality engineering.
