Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst or Senior QA Analyst to own testing across the software lifecycle and push AI-driven improvements. You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality releases.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of QA/testing experience, including data testing and experience with Generative AI tools to enhance coverage and efficiency. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in software quality assurance or the P&C insurance industry.
• Hands‑on experience developing and executing test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts.
• Experience using OpenText Quality Center/ALM for requirements, test cases, defects, and lifecycle management.
• Strong data‑testing skills with SQL and XML or similar data formats.
• Practical experience using Generative AI tools to support test activities.
• Ability to critically review AI‑generated testing artifacts for completeness and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts based on requirements and designs.
• Participate in requirements reviews to identify quality issues early.
• Define testing strategies and schedules aligned with project scope and risk.
• Facilitate test‑plan reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Maintain testing docs in OpenText QC/ALM (test cases, results, defects, traceability).
• Create and maintain test data to cover business scenarios and technical conditions.
• Apply Generative AI tools to accelerate test design, data development, and documentation.
• Identify AI‑assisted testing opportunities to improve coverage and productivity.
• Monitor and communicate quality status and release readiness to stakeholders.
