Atlas Systems Inc. in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking an AI-First QA Manager to lead a small onshore/nearshore QA team responsible for testing, automation, and documentation of back-office web applications.

This hands-on leadership role combines strategy with active contribution to testing and automation. You will mentor the team, set QA standards, work with developers and business stakeholders in an agile environment, and drive quality metrics, release readiness, and AI-assisted testing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a hands-on QA lead or manager role.
• Proven experience mentoring and growing a QA team.
• Strong experience with manual and automated API, UI, and database testing.
• Proficiency in Python and Pytest.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of onshore and nearshore QA testers, including work planning and hiring.
• Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and best practices across systems.
• Test, automate, and document internal back-office web applications hosted in Azure.
• Review test code and ensure automation follows coding standards; optimize test suites.
• Track and report on quality metrics, test coverage, and release readiness.
