Job summary

Millennium Systems International is seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to apply AI and intelligent tooling across testing, validation, and software delivery. You will partner with engineering, product, and data teams to embed AI‑assisted QA into daily workflows, from test design to self‑healing tests and predictive risk analysis.

You will lead AI‑driven initiatives in a remote setting, mentoring teammates and shaping quality across web, API, and data‑driven QA practices.

Qualifications

• Strong QA/QE fundamentals and end‑to‑end testing strategy.
• Experience testing web and API layers including UI validation, regression, and integration.
• Hands‑on with test automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium/Cypress).
• SQL for test data setup, validation, and data integrity troubleshooting.
• CI/CD knowledge to integrate automated checks in pipelines.
• Experience in Agile teams and release coordination.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools to accelerate QA workflows.
• Mentoring and coaching QA teammates.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI‑augmented test strategies across testing layers.
• Use AI tools to accelerate test case design, script generation, and defect analysis.
• Architect scalable test automation frameworks with AI capabilities.
• Pilot and evaluate new AI QA tools, measuring quality and efficiency gains.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote AI‑augmented practices.
• Collaborate with engineering/product to push quality left, including code reviews.
• Contribute to CI/CD quality gates with reliable automated checks.
• Share best practices for responsible AI use in QA.
