Job summary

Guild.ai is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager, AI & Systems to design and refine operational systems, AI-enabled workflows, and frictionless processes for the Product & Engineering teams.

You will own roadmap communications, lead tooling evaluations, and coordinate cross-functionally to improve speed and impact, while applying a data-driven approach across the organization. This role offers remote US-wide opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or a similar role.
• A background in product management or engineering is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on skill applying AI tools to prototype or automate workflows.
• Experience building or improving operational systems for technical teams.
• Experience evaluating and implementing tooling ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine the operational systems, tools, and AI-enabled workflows for Product & Engineering teams.
• Prototype and test AI and automation solutions before broader rollout.
• Audit R&D processes to surface friction and map system dependencies; implement scalable improvements.
• Own clear, consistent communication of roadmap updates, process changes, and standards.
• Identify tooling gaps, run vendor conversations, and collaborate cross-functionally to pick solutions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations.
• Lead rollout of process improvements and measure impact to validate success.
