Responsibilities

• Create and implement plans for pre- and post-product launch processes.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks impacting delivery timelines and quality.
• Find high-leverage opportunities across product teams and translate into actions.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and decision making.
• Coach teams on new tools and ways of working to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, Product and Engineering for insights.
• Manage product tool stack and usage standards.
• Facilitate experiments with best-practice guidelines and sequencing.
• Liaise with Product Marketing and Customer Support for enablement.
• Publish regular internal reporting to leadership.
