Job summary

TaskRay is seeking a senior Product Manager to shape AI-driven onboarding and post-sale workflows within Salesforce. You will own product areas, translate real sales scenarios into actionable requirements, and design for customers to extend with agents and workflows.

You will work with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Solutions teams, bringing your requirements and priorities to Product Council for review. This is a senior IC role with broad reach and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management for B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of decisions that moved the business, with specifics: named accounts, revenue saved or won.
• Hands-on prototype building with tools like Claude, Lovable, or Cursor.
• Real fluency with AI systems: prompt design, evals, and agent workflows.
• Strong PRD writing: requirements structured around user goals.
• Commercial range: comfortable on discovery calls and enterprise pitches.

Responsibilities

• Define agents, skills, and workflows that customers own and can extend.
• Design for what customers will pay for through design-partner work and tested bets.
• Write PRDs from goals down to journeys, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Engineering to align on roadmap and delivery.
• Measure adoption against PRD success criteria and guide next iterations.
