Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional work with ML engineering and data science.
• 2 years Product Management or related experience.
• 2+ years AI/data analytics experience with clinical or claims data.
• 2+ years in complex stakeholder environments.
• 2+ years communicating to business and technical teams.
• 2+ years full lifecycle product management.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements documents, acceptance criteria, and detailed specs for Data Science and Engineering.
• Support teams to clarify requirements and drive end-to-end insight.
• Prioritize across teams and manage trade-offs between speed, scalability, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Collaborate with clinicians to validate model results and quantify business value.
• Track product performance metrics and ROI, and maintain roadmaps.
