Job summary

Ethos Life is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive growth through rigorous product analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven insights. You will partner with product, design, engineering, and executive leadership to shape strategy across high-impact product lines, leveraging the AI infrastructure to scale analysis and sharpen outputs.

You will own experiment validation, build models of customer behavior, and raise the bar for the team by introducing robust validation of AI outputs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product analytics experience in consumer-facing, high-growth environments.
• You can frame questions, build answers, and land insights with the right audience; move quickly without cutting corners.
• You’ve influenced what gets built, not just reported on.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-leverage questions and deliver recommendations to product and leadership.
• Build models of customer behavior to drive conversion and retention.
• Own experiment strategy across product areas including interpretation and patterns across tests.
