Responsibilities

• Set the product analytics charter and identify high-leverage questions for product and business teams.
• Lead and develop a team of product analysts through hiring, coaching, feedback, and high standards.
• Connect analysis across products, experiments, and data sources to identify growth opportunities and strategic bets.
• Own experimentation strategy, including test design, guardrails, interpretation, and portfolio-level learning.
• Evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated analyses while establishing reliable standards for human review.
• Influence outcomes such as conversion, retention, and revenue per lead through clear recommendations to leadership.
