Qualifications

• 5–8 years in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting.
• Hands-on experience with process mining/automation tools and methods.
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence; ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams.
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change.
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
