Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - MarTech to apply AI to transform Marketing and Sales operations. You will build LLM-based agents and ML solutions across Digital, Revenue, Partner, and Event Marketing, turning initiatives into production-grade solutions.

The role includes platform engineering, training teams to adopt AI responsibly, and integrating with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, and Marketo. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in software or data engineering; 2+ years deploying LLM/ML into production.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, tool calling, and orchestration.
• Familiar with marketing domain in Hi-Tech industry.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector/ hybrid search, and ML-based entity resolution or scoring.
• Production monitoring, versioning, and evaluation methods for prompts/models.

Responsibilities

• AI & Applied ML use case discovery with success metrics.
• Agent development for event invites and lead workflows.
• Lead & contact quality pipelines across Salesforce/Marketo.
• Site search and partner locator with semantic retrieval.
• Analytics for partner lead ROI and Adobe Analytics adoption.
• Training and enablement for engineers and stakeholders.
• Integration with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Marketo.
• DevOps: monitoring and alerting for AI services and incident response.
• Define guardrails with Security, Privacy and Legal.
