• Proficiency with AI-powered research tools and validation of outputs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-stakes legal and business research for attorneys and leadership.
• Lead research resources for assigned groups, providing subject-matter expertise.
• Guide AI-powered research tool adoption and risk mitigation.
• Mentor Research Analysts and provide professional development.
• Support onboarding and AI training for attorneys.
• Monitor developments and contribute to alerts, updates, and newsletters.
• Lead evaluation of research tools and vendor discussions.
• Collaborate with Director and Research & Reference Services Manager on strategy and AI governance.
• Provide coverage for request handling and maintain service standards.
• Contribute to Service Excellence and build relationships with attorneys and vendors.
