Job summary

WilmerHale is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions across the firm. You will work with Information Services and business units to deliver AI-driven services, manage AI projects from definition to delivery, and help establish best practices in AI development.

The role requires experience with ML/LLM technologies, strong programming skills, and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years delivering AI solutions with TensorFlow, PyTorch, BERT, and/or ChatGPT-3.
• 2–3 years of applications integration and/or development with focus in relevant tech.
• 4–5 years of web development experience using C# with .NET Framework or NET CORE as a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define AI project use cases, requirements, and objectives.
• Conducts research on generative AI, ML, and DL to identify integration opportunities.
• Optimizes existing generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develops clear documentation including technical specs and user guides.
• Provides technical mentorship and second-line support for AI solutions.
